Aligned to your priorities.
Making a meaningful impact.
— Your future self (after ditching stress, people-pleasing and overthinking for good).
That moment you realized… something’s got to change.
Perhaps it was when you snapped at your child for wanting to spend more time with you.
Or when you picked an argument with your spouse (over something so insignificant you can’t even remember what).
Maybe it was when you couldn’t bring yourself to say no to an over-demanding colleague (for the millionth time, even though it meant longer nights doing work you don’t want to be doing).
Or the moment you realized you still hadn’t found time to schedule a plumber to fix your leaky faucet (going on 2 months now).
You’re smart, savvy and driven. Which is why you’ve followed all the expert time management & productivity advice.
But you’ve begun to realize it’s not enough.
It’s time to start thinking differently so you can DO differently.
Heather will help you get to the next level without losing yourself in the process.
Heather challenged me to see situations (and even my own actions) in new ways while also keeping me focused on what was most important. This enabled me to quickly organize my ideas into actionable plans and take consistent action so that I could accomplish my goals while improving both myself and my results.
The results of working with Heather (through individual business coaching and her mastermind) speak for themselves… more than a 20x return on investment.
Hey there. I’m Heather Moulder.
For me that moment was December 15, 2003…
Driving home after a long day at work, oblivious to the twinkling red & white lights (that were everywhere) and irritated by The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year mockingly playing in the background I burst into tears.
After wanting to be a lawyer since the age of ten, I thought about giving it all up.
- At the office almost every weekend.
- Regularly billing 80-90 hours per week.
- Getting maybe 4-5 hours of sleep per night.
- Barely holding it together.
Did you know that more than 50% of private practice lawyers report feeling stressed and/or anxious all or most of the time?
Yep, that was me (and had been for over 3 years).
But because I was worried about making the wrong choice and what others might think…
(Everyone thought I had it all)
…I told myself “it’s the same everywhere” and kept pushing through.
But that night was different because. . .
My dear husband interrupted my evening gripe-fest to say “Heather, you have a choice.”
They say never to go to bed angry with your spouse, but apparently my brain needed that time to itself. We fought. I went to bed angry.
And woke up the next morning begrudgingly thinking “Ugh, he’s right.”

If you’re someone who agonizes over the same issue again and again, Heather will put you on a fast-track out of that overthinking mindset.
Heather was able to pull things out of me that I’d never before put into words and provided me with a framework for solving my own problems (while giving me gentle nudges to keep me on track).
Working with her empowered me to align my decisions with my priorities without feeling guilty about it. It helps that Heather lives her life this way too.
Inside-Out Success Formula
3 PILLARS TO BEING HAPPILY SUCCESSFUL
Rewire your mind for graceful resilience so that you can transform a spinning, overthinking mind to one that’s calm, confident and present.
Reconnect to what brings you purpose (your strengths + values) for a clear, purpose-based path forward that’s based on your version of success.
Realign around your priorities so that you can make a bigger impact – at work, at home and within the world – without ever overextending yourself again.

The Rewire-Reconnect-Realign Success Formula…
Enabled me to reignite my inner spark (I thought I’d lost) and create the success + impact I’d long wanted. While doing less.
[Turns out mirroring the tactics of colleagues who aren’t all that happy themselves isn’t the best recipe for long-term success & fulfillment. . . Who knew?]
I made partner in an international law firm and built my own book of business (to over $2.5MM). While navigating my way through:
- 2 pregnancies (and bed rests).
- The 2008 financial crisis (as a corporate finance attorney).
- And a battle with breast cancer.
Most importantly, I was proud of my choices (not just what I’d achieved) because I stayed true to myself and my priorities.

Know how to solve the toughest of problems and genuinely look forward to how the future plays out (after successfully negotiating a big promotion), like Kate. . .
When I first started working with Heather, I had lost the passion and drive I once had for my work. I didn’t perceive that I was living a meaningful life.
Coaching with Heather taught me how to ask myself the right questions to go from problem to solution. And it gave me the confidence to effectively communicate why I was the best fit for a big promotion at work (that I got!). I’m now genuinely looking forward to how my future plays out.
I knew that I could help other lawyers have both balance and success if I could do it navigating my way through bed rest & breast cancer.
If someone had asked me ten years ago what I’d be doing now, I’d have answered “practicing law (of course).”
But two unexpected events happened that forever changed me and my path. . .
Thing #1: The 2008 Financial Crisis.
Although I made partner that year, it was the WORST year of my professional life. I had a (small-ish) book of business that was *poof* wiped out by the financial crisis.
As a semi-introvert who doesn’t love to put herself out there, the thought of building new relationships, pivoting my practice and rebuilding from scratch was intimidating.
But I got through it by simplifying my business plan, leveraging my strengths, and following my values. Within a few years, I was over $1MM in originations (and eventually built that to over $2.5MM).
The lesson (that turned out to help me more than I could have ever imagined when Thing #2 happened)? Leverage your strengths + follow your values.
It simplifies everything and leads to more success (while also having more fun).
Thing #2: Breast Cancer.
I was only 38 (with 2 young kids at home – ages 2 and 6). It was aggressive and the prognosis wasn’t good. Thankfully, I made it through.
This experience taught me how to LIVE fully and without regrets. And it changed how I defined one of my top values (service). . . which is what led me here.

Leaving my legal career was scary.
But after what I’d been through, no way was I going to let fear stop me.
And I wanted to show my boys that they have the power to create their own happiness.
P.S. I want that for you too.
You already have what it takes – you’re driven and committed to succeeding. All you need is an expert (who’s been in your shoes and knows how to prevail) to help you quickly rewire, reconnect and realign.
So that you can create your next level of success and impact.
One of the biggest benefits of working with Heather is her ability to get you to rethink and then refocus on what’s most important.
I often go into our calls thinking that one thing is of most concern, and then she uncovers something deeper (that I never realized was an issue).
Be prepared to uncover things you never before realized about yourself.
Heather is perfect for working parents struggling to do it all who want tangible solutions to create a more balanced life.
When I first came to Heather, I didn’t know how to say no and my inner voice had become very unkind.
Heather quickly identified the root causes for why I felt so stressed and gave me practical strategies to overcome them. I’m now able to carve out time for myself, relax with my family and still work full-time.
She has a special talent for making people’s lives better.
One of Heather’s super skills is knowing which questions to ask that uncover the solutions you’ve been looking for. Her targeted approach will help you uncover the answers.
Heather is direct, honest and no-nonsense. If you’re tired of feeling like you’re all over the place, work with her. She’ll keep you on track (and herd you back when needed) so that you can uncover what you want and how to start making it happen.
After working with Heather, I’m able to do more of what I love to do (which doesn’t even feel like work).
When not helping attorneys have BOTH balance and success (while growing their business by $200k+ in just 1 year)–
… here are 5 things you should probably know about me —
You'll never hear me talk about manifesting your dream life (Because It Doesn't Work That Way)
You can’t just think your way to success (if only!). It requires consistency, action and strategy.
What you WILL get from me: a simple, proven framework for long-term success coupled with science-backed strategies for how to make lasting changes for the better. Because you CAN thrive both personally and professionaly (without the stress).
[To learn about the science behind how stress impacts your brain (and how to overcome it), listen to this Life & Law Podcast Episode].
I have eclectic taste in tv shows
Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Modern Family and The Last Kingdom are some of my all-time fave’s.
But when you consider the common thread (strong relationships between the characters), perhaps it’s not so random since one of my core values is connection.
You can probably bribe me with queso 😉
And please note that melted cheese alone isn’t proper queso. You must also include (at minimum): garlic, onions, jalapeno peppers, and tomatoes.
Queso with ground beef + guacamole (something we Texan’s call Bob Armstrong dip) is my kryptonite.
Clients tell me that I have 2 big superpowers
First, asking questions that elicit the exact right answers they need to move forward. And second, my uncanny ability to simplify what seems incredibly complex.
Turns out that part of what made me a good lawyer translates into coaching too.
I believe that mindset is your foundation to success (but it doesn't stop there)
The truth is that you also need a strategic plan, to take consistent action, learn from mistakes, and a network of people you trust that can help you along the way.
That’s why mindset work is only one piece of my inside-out success strategy (and why the other 2 prongs revolve around all the other stuff).

Heather has a laser-focused ability to quickly get to the heart of a problem, and create a new, simple path forward.
Anyone ready for change and willing to try a new aproach will get tremendous, life-changing benefits from working with Heather.
Insightful and astute, Heather’s in the right business.
Heather has helped me become more self-aware, to re-frame my thoughts and adjust plans so that I can take the right actions to effectively reach my goals.
Everyone needs a Heather in their lives! I’d recommend her to anyone wanting strategic career advice and accountability.
The best part about coaching with Heather is that I left every session knowing that her process had enabled me to come up with my desired solutions on my own.
When I first came to Heather, I was struggling to juggle work and my role as a mom and wife. I wasn’t just stressed, but felt unmotivated to take action and like I was failing at virtually everything.
Heather helped me dig deep and uncover the thoughts behind my struggles (that I didn’t even know I had). She empowered me to be honest with myself, which was exactly what I needed to finally move forward.
Thank you Heather for helping me think through my practice and how my mind works (inside-out) so that I could take the necessary steps to achieve my goals.
Heather helped me assemble the jigsaw puzzle of my thoughts in a way that made sense, and put them into practice. She’s quite versed in breaking down thought patterns and using great analogies with actual steps to resolve issues.
Working with Heather has put me on track to reach (even exceed) my revenue goal for the year.
