Because you don’t need an MBA to build a successful law practice or firm.

Law school never taught you how to run a successful law practice.

You weren’t trained in marketing, sales, finance, or management – so it’s no surprise that you feel less confident in the business of law than you do in the practice of law.

That changes now.

I know because I’ve been in your shoes.

    January 2009…

I stared at my dismal collection numbers from the prior year, worried I wouldn’t even match them in the next. The small book of business that had helped me make partner? Wiped out by the 2008 financial crisis.

Rebuilding from scratch (during a recession!) felt overwhelming. Yet I knew I didn’t want to be a service partner with no control over my practice.

So, I built a values-based practice and created a strengths-based business plan. One that allowed me to be consistent, strategic, and in control of my growth.

    Fast-forward a few years… It worked.

I grew my practice from zero to over $1MM in less than two years – then to $2.5MM+. That’s when I knew I could help other lawyers do the same.
